What was the highlight of Super Hotel Premier Akihabara

A great location, clean and comfortable.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, with it being a sort walk from 2 metro station as well as Akihabara train station. There are several convenience stores near by and lots of restaurants. The hotel was very clean, the staff were super nice, and the bath house was tattoo friendly. I was really surprised by this as i struggle normally because i have large tattoos. The breakfast was buffet style, it was small but varied and it had something for all tastes. Also there was an open bar on the evening between 6pm and 10pm which was a really nice touch. I would 100% stay here again.

The only thing i could think of was that, because the hotel has only 1 elevator there is sometimes a long wait for it to arrive

Very Good

Good location, friendly staffs. The amenities they provided were great and nice bar at night.

The room is quite dirty, especially the carpet under the bed. The twin bedroom is very small, you can't even separate two single beds.

Theatre Room

The room was equipped with everything that we needed and was very clean. The hotel is well situated and the staff were lovely. The breakfast and the complementary drinks and toiletries made the stay very comfortable and our overall stay was perfect. The cute robot dog at reception was also very adorable.

Honestly, everything was amazing. I was worried as I had seen complaints about waiting for the singular elevator, but we never had an issue with that.

Very Good

The location is excellent, very close to the train station. The onsen in the hotel is a plus. The frontdesk staff were super friendly and helpful. It was very easy to check out as the lock to your room was digital.

1. No bottled water on the first day checking in which we found a bit strange. But you could either pick cleaning the room or bottled water the subsequent days. 2. Whilst I already complained this to the frontdesk (they were helpful), we suspected the cleaning staff had touched/moved our luggage, my mum's clothes which were originally sitting inside her luggage ended up tugged tightly behind my aunt's luggage. Anyway we didnt lose anything but as our third time in Japan, we just found this encounter strange.

Wonderful

Onsen. Breakfast European and Japanese. Great choice. The 2 robot dogs were very sweet. I liked the fact that umbrellas, amenities and pijamas were provided. We had a great time.

For a European, the rooms are quite small and you have to leave all your staff inside the luggage. But then it was a very good price and this is Japanese way. So it is not meant to criticize.

Exceptional

Loved the facilities, breakfast and friendly staff. Great location for Akihabara and for travelling elsewhere across Tokyo. Loved the robot dog - so kawaii!

There could have been clearer instructions about what type of rubbish should go in each side of the bin in the room.

Near to Akihabara Station and plenty of food options. Staff is very friendly and they provide free drinks in the evening.

Room is quite small but I guess it is standard size in Japan.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. In the evening, there was a free bar & snacks, which was a welcome addition to an already comfortable stay. There was also plenty of choice for breakfast.

There is nowhere to hang/store your clothes.

It was perfect stay in Akihabara

There was onsen which I like. I was lucky enough to use by my self that time so I really enjoyed it. It was close to Akihabara station and lots of shops and restaurants. The highlight was after 6pm, the free bar! You can make your own cocktails and enjoy your evening. The location was by the canal? Or River? And you can go outside table to enjoy the view as well. We really enjoyed this stay.

Not really. However, just let you know that lift was little bit busy so I recommend to use stairs if you can. I’m pretty sure they have bigger room however, our projector room was small in my opinion but I didn’t really mind.

Excellent hotel... except if you have to work on your computer during the night

The location is extremely central, just a short walk from the center of Akihabara. There are plenty of useful amenities to use in the room. The lounge is comfortable. The staff is friendly. The laundry system is very good, much cheaper than other places.

Well, it is not recommended if you have to work remotely during the night. The laptop table is too small, the chair too uncomfortable. Although the room is somewhat larger than those that can usually be purchased for the same price in the area, it is not designed to stay for long periods of time, like work from there. Due to the fact that in order for the cleaning staff to check in at 10 o'clock, you have to leave the room before that time, most of the days I was left without cleaning, due to the fact that I had to get up later because I worked at night. If you take into account this consideration, it is probably an excellent hotel, but for my specific use I could not work from my laptop with a minimum of comfort.

Absolutely great place to stay! Perfect for tourists or anyone planning a trip to Tokyo!

Ideal location close to subway and JR lines as well as food and shopping. Staff were lovely and welcoming and spoke enough English for us to make our way around. The check in and check out procedures were simple and all signs were in both English and Japanese.

We had no issues whatsoever with this property.

Perfect for 1 week in Tokyo.

We went for a 3 weeks trip to Japan. Started in Tokyo and around for 8 days. Stayed in Super Hotel Premier Akihabara for these days. The hotel was exceptionel, almost perfect for our budget. Strategic and convenient location to discover Tokyo and arrounding. A small onsen, a lot of amenities, washing room on an excellent price. Super helpful staff. Good and varied breakfast, Free mini bar every night in the common are. One of the best hotel pillow in my life :-) Some special Japan brand. Stores, shops, restaurants, transportation options arround. On price for value excellent choice.

A few small disavantages why we considered our stay just excellent and not perfect. Checkin possible just to 24:00 pm. With a late arrival to Narita aiport we had to hurry to catch the last staff member. The room was a little bit small. We got everything in our room and bathroom also but the space was tight. And at last. The elevator was quite busy in the rush hours. So these are the reasons why our stay was just perfect. If you also consider the price it is still an excellent choice. :-)

I had a nice stay

The staff is nice and the hotel has nice facilities. You can grab free drinks in the evening and they have a robot dog and extra pillows at the reception. Also, there is an onsen! It is quite small and simple but it is tattoo friendly!!! The room is nice and spacious enough in my opinion. It has a fridge and tea maker too. the location is good, close to Akihabara station.

There is only one elevator so you're always waiting for it. The window is not transparent so there is no natural light in the room. The tablet to control the lights/airco/tv etc seems flashy but doesn't work that great unfortunately. The TV is super big but the stream function does not work so I didn't use it. I would have liked it if the hotel offered bathrobes since there is an onsen.
